THE SMORES HOLIDAY HOUSE CHILDREN’S BOOK

“The Smores Holiday House'“ - Written by Eve Hebditch, is the story of two little guinea pigs who run a holiday home to lots of different guests, But the guests come in all shapes and sizes, and making everyone happy is trickier than it seems!

A few years ago myself and Eve Hebditch signed up to a scheme run by Bluezoo Animation studio to write and illustrate our own children’s books. Eve’s story stood out from the start as having lots of different directions it could go - who could stay in the holiday house next?

A rabbit who loves to swim??

A family of ski-loving penguins???

Cookie and Marshmallow, based on Eve’s own real life pets, try their hardest to accommodate each guest to make sure they have the best time ever (as tricky as that is!) Eve and I soon found that we both had a love of ‘Faulty Towers’ and the rest is history!
